Requirements

Nationality

Must be a national of a Treaty Country (e.g., Canada, UK, Mexico, Israel, Italy, Argentina, France, Germany, Spain).

Substantial Investment

The investment must be substantial, meaning it should be sufficient to ensure the successful operation of the enterprise.

Marginality

The enterprise should not be marginal; it must have the capacity to generate more than enough income to provide a minimal living for the investor and their family.

Control

The applicant must own at least 50% of the enterprise or have operational control through a managerial position.

Intent to Depart
